Apparently there is a Tass interview out there where Inna Goncharenko was interviewed and explained that she was in the hospital before it was time to leave for China, but that she planned to fly out later to be with Lena. She said that ultimately she had to stay in Moscow for health reasons. Good luck and health to her.
I hope when Elena is done in China she opens a periscope acct. some of the other skaters have them and it's really cool.

I actually dont like COC due to the time because last year, I have work too.. and it really distracted me, not knowing what's happening with my favorites.. I ended up on tumblr the whole time and extended my working hours XD somebody must take away my CP

What is periscope acct.
Periscope is another form of social media where you can follow people, much like Twitter and Instagram. The person that u are following does live video and u get an alert when they go live. You can than go to their live video feed and chat with them. I sat through a video by Liza and one by Adelina. The people watching were asking questions and the skaters answered. Someone asked Liza to play her guitar and she answered in English "not tonight dear. Of course there is a smart phone app for it too. Other skaters have it too.
With Lena's outgoing personality she would probably be really fun on it. Check it out it's really cool. Evgenia and Anna have accts too.

I had this problem today! I was totally distracted during work since I was trying to keep track of all the news!
As much as I would love to see more of Lena, I'm kinda doubtful she would use it...She almost never posts on Twitter, and only rarely on Instagram...But I totally wouldn't be surprised to see her on someone else's Periscope (like Liza's or Adelina's)!

You can see Liza and Lena eating sushi (from when they were at World Team Trophy), and then they show Lena at Skate America 2013. (She was soo tiny!) She says, "Mao is my idol, so I'm happy I got to skate with her." Mao replies, "Hearing that makes me happy." Awww, so sweet! :2thumbs:

58.51... low landing for lutz so couldn't get in her combination, 3Lo rotated but the 3T was under rotated and she singled her 2A so that counted as an invalid jump
well despite her jumps the program was beautiful and her dress was very nice!!
I wish her all the best for the free skate!!

Her new program is gorgeous, despite the mistakes! I may be a bit biased, but I also think her posture has improved, she is holding her positions longer, and overall she looks like a much more mature skater! I really hope she does well in the long, and more importantly, in the season. I would love to see this program in person at Worlds!!!

6th place overall, but 2nd in components behind Mao - goes to show the judges are really digging her improved style, even with the mistakes. I can imagine this being an incredibly difficult week, between the return of a champion she greatly respects and the separation from her coach. Hoping she turns it around in the free; much like Liza in SC, Elena is behind a few skaters I don't see backing up their SP performances, no matter how she herself skates.
Well, It didn't go too well, but one can sense a comeback, maybe tomorrow, maybe next comp.
On a partly unrelated note, she looked incredibly beautiful:luv17:
She is blossoming into a beautiful woman. I hope she gets her jumps back soon
