Elizabet Tursynbaeva

she got better and better at every outing this season so hopefully NHK wont be an exception :luv17: Japan has such a great audience for skaters, she skated here 2 years ago for JGP (where arena was full as expected) but seniors is different, i hope she will have great time! :yahoo:

Hope Eli enjoys skating in Japan specially her Mononoke LP. And looking forward to how she and the team refined the program. :)

her wiki page says Tracy is choreographed her LP, i assumed it was Jeff since there was a video of her practicing stsq with Jeff  i know some people doesnt like the program but i think its very promising with beautiful transitions :luv17:

Aww... saw the results first (will have to watch later) she ranked low. :( tsk3 ... ohhh... I hope she does well with her LP. Go Eli!!! :)

Ah, she popped her lutz, which very rarely happents to her. Kudos to her that she managed to fight back (as always), do a nice combo and the rest of the program. I just can't wait to root for her tomorrow morning. Good luck in the LP, Elizabet!

Just got to watch her NHK LP. For a very difficult program congratulations for executing good (though her jumps weren't there). Her chsq may have been fast but it was still solid. Will she be participating at the 4CC? :hap10:

On a shallow note, her brother is really handsome :agree:

Thank you for the videos and picture links!

Way to goooo, Elizabet! :hap10: She did wonderful at the Nationals, 216 is just a massive score! This is definitely a confidence gaining competition for her (not that she has any issues but still!)

That arena looks super modern! :eekn:

And her brother is such a handsome young man! :p

Wow!!! Such good news! And thanks for the videos. Her programs are marvelous, I pray she does well at 4CC and Worlds. :)

She has one enthusastic fan fo sure! I'm not suprised by his 'Super' and 'Bravo, Liza' shouts though, she deserved that ;) The score is so huge! I know she wouldn't be getting this score internationally, but it looks like she could at least break 200 score :hap10:

I like Cricket Sisters! :hap10:

His brother is indeed a very good looking man and *tall* enough to be a good pair skater just physique-wise if he skates. :)

I'm curious about her schedule later of the season. Is she going to compete in Junior Worlds as she is still eligible. Denis Ten is going to compete in Asian Game held in Japan, so I'm also wondering whether she will be there too. Though I think 4CC and Worlds are the two most important event for her.

Thanks for the clarification. I would rather have her continue training at TCC with Yuzu and Javi than Eteri's group.

I would find it too ironic to be borne to see her accepted back on a long term basis after her decision to skate for Kazakhstan led her being dropped by Russian coaches. Not to mention more than a year of skating by herself on a public rink until her visa for Canada was in place.

But working in Russia in the quiet time post their nationals, while Toronto Cricket is riveted by preparations for Canadian nationals makes sense.
