I think she will, I mean she's Elizabet lol. It would be exciting even with UR.
EDIT: Liza's 4S always look like triple for me, I guess she just rotate it so fast (and pre-rotate it).

i dont think she will attempt it at Worlds, she is just showing off in front of the judges (i think some watch OPs, right?) but its pretty likely that she will next year :hap57:

I don't think she will attempt it at Worlds but if she continues to do it well during practices then next season then yes, there is a possibility that she'll go for it.

But it is really good that she jumps it in front of the judges in Helsinki.

It was great to see her cheerful and happy today, and nice to see that Tracy and Yuzuru were also there to support her.

Okay, she's.... attempted a quad? :eeking:

Please calm down Eli (though it'll be interesting if she can land it in competition)

Is there a vid of this? I'd like to see it. :)

She's adorable, glad she was so happy today, and she did really well. Was that her mom at the kiss and cry? She looked kind of mortified when she was acting all excited hahaha. Brian: "Your mother's funny!"

congratulations Elizabet for top 10 finish, apart from few tight landing she was great!!! (i have no idea why they changed the dress though, i liked the old one better!)
here is interview with Charlie after LP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Rlo0FLsglA, quad is coming, QUAD IS COMING! :hap57: she is so cute :luv17:

Oh, Elizabet, I really wish you that quad Sal landed, but do work on other aspects evenly :yay: And yes, that was very cute ^^

Congratulations to dear Elizabet! She did very well at the World Championships and with this Top 10 finish, Kazakhstan earned two spots for PyeongChang! :cheer:
I think it was a very wise idea that they decided not to do tano jumps, because without them she can skate consistently and she proved it again at this competition.

She really speaks English well. She learned to played the violin for many years so I guess this is why she is naturally connected to the music on the ice. I also heard that, if someone has musical talent, they are able to learn to speak languages quicker and with better pronunciation. She might be one of those people. :)

i posted this in the worlds ladies fs thread but thought it wouldn't hurt being repeated here:

tursynbaeva - the SECOND BEST part of the event [my favorite was mariah's stsq]. she was massively underscored in pcs. she's small but fills the arena like nobody else. very impressive. her skating is big, has this sweeping quality to it. her presence is amazing. clean-ish skate, too. she really commands your attention live. i hope she'll be getting medals in the future.

She's so much fun to watch, both on the ice and in the Kiss and Cry.
Her mom made me laugh as well.

Exactly, her skating is big and she has lots presence and charisma on the ice! She's just something special!

I have just started watching her skate this season, and I think she's great. I personally think she needs to slow down a bit with the choreography in her arm movements....transitions because she hurries through it and it ruins the flow of her LP, and gives me the feeling she is trying to rush through to the end (though I know she is not), so she needs to work a lot more on the presentation. The LP is really beautiful and she picked some great music for it. Oh...and she and her Mom are too funny and cute in the kiss and cry
