Congrats Mishin!!
And Liza! You have been through so much! Congrats!

Bravo Liza!!! :cheer:

And I can't think of a higher compliment than being called the "female Plushenko," even if the haters don't mean it as one. ;)

Let me just once again thank Liza. Her guts, determination and sheer will to win is so inspiring. And frankly speaking, she has saved this whole competition for me, after some really horrific judging in the previous 2 days.

I also believe that the best from this lady is yet to come. There is so much more she can still add to her skating, which makes me very excited as I look forward to what she brings to the table in the years to come.

Congrats Liza, you were splendid, divine and an utter joy to watch!

Words can't express how happy I am right now. That was hands down the most dazzling ladies' performance of the year. Congratulations to Liza for:

- Winning the Grand Prix Final, her biggest international win yet. And arguably the most competitive event of the year (since Worlds/Europeans will only have 3 Russians :p)
- Coming back so strong after everyone wrote her off (IIRC, in the beginning of the year, people were saying "Don't have so much faith" just for wondering if she could have bronze at Skate America).
- Skating with passion, maturity, and the big jumps. Her lutz, btw? About twice the size of everyone else's.
- Her protocols show not a single -GOE, from a single judge, across all her elements. And she received Level 4's on everything.

Hopefully she will consider getting a new SP costume with some of her prize money. :) The purple one can stay.

Queen Liza! I just loved those last moments of her free skate, that joy and pure enjoynment.:cheer:

That Bolero dress really needs to be replaced. Lol

Oh no, think about what great story it makes for her to tell her grandchildren: "And then I won the world title by performing the Bolero in a night gown with ten thousand people watching." :)

 her children would just reply: it looks more like bathrobe

Congratulations to Liza!! She regained her crown of being Russian Ladies No.1 with this win, which she had in her senior debut season. Well done :cheer:

PS: I know she won at following season's Russian Nationals but she had lost to Adelina at Euros and performed bad at Worlds in Canada.

LIZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY BEAUTIFUL FLAWFREE QUEEN!!!!!!!!!!

That was AMAZING! And I think she actually got faster at the end of the program! also love how into it the crowd was. That is the proper response to giving that much face!
