Emily Chan, born 11 August 1997 in , McKinney, Texas, USA, and Spencer Akira Howe, born 9 November 1996, born Burbank, California, USA, are pair skaters who compete for the United States.

They are 2022 and 2023 Four Continents silver medalists, the 2022 NHK Trophy and 2022 Skate Canada silver medalists; they qualified for the 2022-23 GPF.

They are also the 2023 US National silver medalists and the 2022 US National pewter medalists.

Chan and Howe became a team in 2019. They are coached by Alexei Letov.

They are currently tied for 24th in World Standings and have the 24th highest season's best score at the moment. I am hoping (and crossing my fingers) that they hold these positions after Worlds and manage to get at least one spot on the GP this fall.
