European's Men's Short

Oh, Stephane:cry:

ETA Huh, Ximena? According to Chris & Nicky, he didn't do so well. The combo was only a 3T-2T, and he was wonky on the Lutz, as well as the Axel.

oh it was a 3t? It looked a quad to me. Oh well in that case, Joubert would beat him on the tech.

IT was a 3T-2T and it killed him. Shame, that's gotta be one of the coolest programs I've ever seen.

Tomas Verner

3f-3t travel a litle on landing
3ax not so clean landing
3z
sit spin, change edge, change foot sit spin
I like the second part of this program so much better than the first
Slfwtk, see? That's pretty! Did Stephane skated to this music?
Flying sit spin, very nice
Cfwk, this guy has improved so much, but the jumps were not that clean. The footwork is quite great to wacth.
caeml sit spin, change foot camel sit spin, upright and yes!
That was so good, well I like Tomas so maybe it's just me.

Brian looked soooo tired and not really healthy, didn't he have EBV? Well, it is connected with fatigue-syndrom, so maybe that's it.

Loved Verner, well deserved - I hope he is on tomorrow. Voronov marks disappointed me somehow, he was better than that.

Lambiel got third place with a 3T-2T and a fall on the 3A. I love him, love his style, his choreography - but somehow that really really bugs me. Especially if someone like Voronov fought for every jump and made them count - and ends up with low marks, Voronov has style, skating skills and good interpretation - he deserved to be higher up.

Yay for Verner!!

So sad for Lambiel:cry:

Kinda unusual for Joubert that he fell on his 3A.:frown:
Maybe he's not fully recovered.

I have a hunch that Verner might take this one, hope I'm wrong.
I WANT LAMBIEL TO WIN SO BAD!!!!!

Thanks for all of the reports. I am really happy for Tomas. I have really become a fan of his the last couple of years. If Joubert was fatigued in the SP I am somewhat concerned about his LP. Has Brian fully recovered from his illness?

Well nice to see Tomas Verner into 1st place. For Joubert, he might still be feeling some lingering effects of that virus. Happy for Stephane that is PCS saved him but I am puzzled why he did a 3T-2T?????

This should set up for an exciting free skate :)
