Albania's Shkodra Elektronike gives us Djerm another Cher look-alike who sounds nothing like Cher.
She has lovely phrasing and her male partner sing/talks. She is melodic and he is monotone. Not sure what the message is from these two but it is rhythmic and mysterious like a belly-dance.
