Eva-Lotte was lovely today and totally 'in game'. But like many skaters, she might have wished for a little more.

But she acquitted herself well and has not disappointed her growing fan base.

After the disappointing short program Eva-Lotta has shown herself in a very good light today. It wasn't perfect yet, but very promising for the future as the high quality european skater outside of Russia.

Well, the salvage job yesterday struck gold today.
She was able to win Nationals, but let’s not kid ourselves; it had more to do with her opposition skating worse than her than her being out of this world.

Hey, but this is sports. Sometimes just hanging around and being less bad than your opponents is enough. It’s not like I would return a gold if I won it this way.

And gold is still gold. So congrats to her.
