The fact is Yu-Na's current back problem is NOT new. She has had it for a long time, and unfortunately, it got much worse a couple of weeks after the GPF. It was then that the cause of the pain was diagnosed as herniated disks in her spine.
But the back pain was mentioned during her GP events, long before the GPF, and it was said that she'd had the pain even before she skated in the GP.
That's why the film clip bothered me. It was obvious to me that each time she fell, it hurt much more than a simple fall should hurt a skater. And no one bothered to find out why until the pain got so bad that she collapsed.
As of right now, she IS back on the ice practicing because the SK fed wants her to go to the Asian games.
