Thank you! I definitely like this new version of Gabi's costume, with the collar and neckline both in green rather than contrasting green and gold. It gives the whole outfit a very smooth line.
And I think I prefer the mesh sleeves for Guillaume. They do highlight his arm lines - and while it's a different party-type look than the tank top, it still complements Gabi's look well while leaning into the ballroom aesthetic a little as well.
ETA: From the photos, it looks like while Gabi's outfit is still a two-piece, the top covers more of her midriff than before - the spangled section under the fringe ends closer to the waistband of the skirt than the previous one. Taking no chances on costume violation issues at this point?
It still works for me.

They look good on the set pattern here. Hilary Selby who sliced egos with her calls on the set pattern in the team event was the technical controller at Finlandia where they got a level four on it; so I'm hopeful they would get the same here.
And Ms. Slavka Grincova was the technical specialist at the Cup of China. And there was level 4 on the pattern. So let's hope for the best.
I remember Finlandia where teams got hammered on the Rumba and rightfully so. It really is a difficult pattern and shows off the Skating skills quite well.
If they do it as usual, they normally have a technique that does not allow doubt for Key Point, especially the last one (putting your foot in front of you to get the outside edge and not skipping it).
But whatever for now with the Technical. Let the Games begin !

thanks to my father i have l'équipe on my phone here the rest :
the 3 top team don't trained together anymore / marie france said that she refused to answer to journalist last year at WC cause she was afraid that people would misinterpreted her words / tessa and scott forgot to mention romain as their coach this week. that's all.
Better not speak than just go answer like a politician - and get backlash anyway. It must be hard for the coaches because the 3 teams keeps saying that they have the same ice time, the same attention and everything. They're all going to shut off their phones until Tuesday, aren't they...
From that morning practice video I really liked the new arm variation Gabi does on the SD lift standing position. She's changed it basically every time this season and this new one is my fave by far, as well as the one-arm-after-the-other she did at COC.
As for the costumes, I too loved the tank top and thought it fit the fun street feeling of their dance. I like the detailing on the back of the new one tho. I'm not so sure about the reverse of colours on Gabi's costume, I feel that now it's all the green bunched on top and then too much yellow/whatever colour that is without separation. I might come around to it, as I didn't like the old one at first as well and now I love it, idk.
I like the new arm movements too, emphasizing the beats of the music and leaving a crisp impression at the end. They've really honed the sharpness at the end of all movements.

I wish them two L4 and all +3 for them , just like in europeans
I wish their dream comes true and they will be able to perform a joyful dance which they will deliver with 100%. Give their best, do not regret anything and worry about the marks later. I won't be able to watch it live, so I wish them the best of luck. And also to all of you who will be watching it live - enjoy it as much as you can and try not to worry too much, think of your health!

I prefer the long sleeves for Guillaume but I preferred the 2 part outfit for Gabriella, this one makes her look fat. Seems the feathers are longer too. It fitted her more with the nude skin, sexier.
