I still have to practice step by step.But I felt pretty good after CoC, I can perform these water-down program with ease. But due to lack of sufficient training of my new programs. I am still not perfectly connected with music. therefore, I made several mistakes, I was not satisfied with my jumps today, If I could make it to Sochi, I will put all the difficulty back into my programs (transitions and perhaps a 4S).
