oh... my list is already up there.. i just felt there were a lot of russian juniors i have barely heard about and couldn't assign to any house and not even some of the seniors we already expect will be competing (especially a guy like nam who has been as high as 5th in the world... and as low as low)... larkyn, alicia would be a couple more aside from the list up there... and then of course, we have all the euro girls like nicole, ivett, giada.... i mean... is it worth it counting so many skaters?

i am not organising nor proposing to help other than just sharing ideas/suggestions...

so thank you for adding the canadians... and the euro ladies... let me know if you do so, i will go vote for those i havent' voted yet...

The plan is to try balancing it out with the 50-50 skaters.
Number is not even such a big deal, but overall medaling potential.

I have an evil plan of trying to get it as balanced as possible (we like balance, right?) to make it more exciting to follow during the season.

I think it's okay if they aren't 100% balanced number wise as long as one house isn't blatantly disadvantaged over the others (i.e. Slytherin who had less than half the skaters of the others) - if it's a 2/3 people difference I think it's fine

Sure! If the teams were to remain as I posted above, the results for last season would be the following (I counted only the best result out of either OG or WC):

1- Hufflepuff - 1730 points
2- Slytherin - 1575 points
3- Ravenclaw - 1255 points
4- Gryffindor - 1145 points

It's interesting to notice that Gryffindor is actually the house with the most skaters, and it still came in last, but the fact that Javi (one of its strongest skaters) missed out on a GP medal and GPF had a big influence, together with 3 of its skaters actually not scoring any points.

I love how Hufflepuff comes in first place here as it‘s always the house who gets the least attention.

But I guess, I‘ll be rooting for Slytherin, then. My house and three of my favourite skaters (Yuzu, Zhenya, Waka) But I‘d be content with the red ballerina leading her yellow house to the win, too.

I have never read a Harry Potter book, never watched a Harry Potter movie, and other than the descriptions here, have no idea what you are talking about. (Not as result of snobbing it or snarking, I just never have)

But any team with Jason, Deniss and Donovan will have my forever. Stéphane as coach is icing on the cake.

I think you should be allowed to vote again, just only sort him and leave the others out. That way, moriel‘s going to know it was you and not somebody who wanted to cheat.

Even though I'm a Gryffindor I'll be rooting for Slytherin since my fave, Yuzu, and others I really like are there (Zhenya, Alena and Elizabeta) and of course I'll root for Hufflepuff as well since I have a soft spot for Donovan, Shoma and Alina
