House update

Still haven't sold it. Most comments are it's too big and needs too much updating. Well, duh, they could read it's 42 years old couldn't they? Also, it says in the write ups, the size. Getting depressed. Took the price down from 169.9 to 156.9. I have over 2800 sq. ft.
p.s. Haven't been on much. OLd computer died and got an refurbished one and daughter got it running this morning. Still a lot to do.

Unfortunately you're selling your home at a good time to buy, but a bad time to sell....

houses all over the US aren't getting sold at the prices they should....

I know. When we put it on the market they were going very well but the next week it really dropped. It has been picking up the last week so hope something comes up soon. Haven't been finding one I want either. MOst of them have the laundry in the basement. I might as well stay here if I can't get a main floor laundry. Found one last week that comes close but it has not been taken care of and needs all new flooring and all walls painted. No fireplace, either. Was hoping to find a gas fireplace.

The market's no too good right now, but hang in there. You just need that one right buyer to come along
