The 2026 Grand Prix de France women's field is set!

Below are the current entries ranked by their 2025–26 Season's Best total score (ISU international events only; J = Junior international score). Personal Best scores are also reflected.

Of course, a lot can change over the off-season—new programs, coaching changes, injuries, growth spurts, and improvements can all shake things up.

If the event were skated tomorrow, how would you predict the final standings?

• Who makes the podium?
• Which skater is most likely to outperform their Season's Best ranking? Personal Best?
• Are there any dark horses or potential surprises?

This is a strong field. The French Federation, using only one host spot here, has contributed to a deeper field for sure as they are not very strong in the women's discipline right now.
3 Japanese skaters, 2 promising Korean skaters, probably the best 3 European skaters as well. Everhardt is a consistent skater as well. So indeed, it's hard to not be excited about this event.

I think Ami will be on the podium with perhaps Nina. The third spot is less easy for me to predict but I would like for Yuna to get there. She's wonderful. Yuseong is definitely a podium threat. Nastya is hot and cold. Lara did so well last year, I hope she will continue her good work.

My dark horse, not for a podium but perhaps a top 6 would be Gabby Daleman. I think the rule changes will help her. She was trying very hard last year to upgrade her BV with a 3lz-3t combo but she doesn't need it at all with the way things are going now. I also believe a choreographic spin is a good thing for her. She's powerful and musical but less "bendy" than some others and I am curious to see how that will be reflected in her choreo elements. It will be difficult but I chose her because I do not see her in 11th place.

I think Ami will be on the podium. Lara Naki Gutman and Sarah Everhardt could be contenders. Both surprised me last year as did Rion. I like Gabby but she's too inconsistent IMO. This is going to be a good competition and we could all be surprised.

It is a good field.
Anything can happen.
I can see the juniors on podium.
I can see Sarah Everhardt, Anastasia Gubanova, Lari Naki Gutman, Rion Suymishi, Ami Naki, Yuna Aoki, Nina Pinazzrone.

It comes down to how they skate. Ami and Nina has the edge being last year's world medalist and olympic medalist.
