How to not go too deep on edge during spins

When I do a scratch spin, i’m too deep on an inside edge and can’t stay on my sweet spot but can feel when I “slip” onto it for a second.
When I do a back scratch i’m too deep of an outside edge.
This is a new problem, particularly for my back spin. I got my back spin in january, my back sit spin last week and I recently changed blade position + skate sharpeners. Now, my sit spins are easier than my upright spins, but 3 turns feel like butter for the first time in my life (so I think I know where my rocker is).

What on earth is going on??

Usually the problem with losing spins is a body position issue, not always a blade issue. I mean blade can be part of it but your body is more likely the issue. Your body could be rotating out of synch with your feet and shoulder could be dropping or winding.. not sure because I haven’t seen you spin however I’d get a coach to really evaluate your body position.
