Silverfox when you say everything got straightened out in 60 seconds do you mean they fixed the unlisted number issue, or you got your refund?

I have an unlisted number also so that may be the problem. Everytime I call customer service the offices are closed ... even though the recording says they are open 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

In that case you'd be bombarded with ads...so pick your poison I suppose. Remember, the revenue must come from somewhere, so if not from subscriber fees, then from advertising dollars.

I don't mind ads. I love the gymnastics coverage on WCSN. I wish there was something similar for figure skating. What can I say? I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Oh well.:-\

I don't know if they fixed the unlisted number issue or not, which I think is unlikely. I think that the supervisor just gave his/her approval without verifying the telephone location. So now I'm no longer blacked out from the live videos. I was able to watch the Japan vs. US competition with exhibition numbers. This evening I'll get Skate America.
