Now you know why my answer was one word: No.
There is no single, universally accepted metric to determine the GOAT of a sport. The conversation inevitably devolves into who can gum their food the longest since their arguments have no teeth.

perhaps... I honestly saw him skate like once in 1988 and back then, as a child, I couldn't tell jumps apart, let alone looking at their technical quality. Mind you, the technician, back then, was supposed to be Orser if I recall correctly. And second mind you, I think it may have been easier to find good jumpers for all types when figures were still a thing and quads were not a thing
