Nothing said about that this time around, but I do remember her saying on multiple occasions that the twist was not exactly her favorite element!!!...It was fun to hear her honestly assess how she is doing and even admit that she's not ready to work on her 2A yet.

Yes but ask her if she ever wants to be twisted again Meagan competed as a single skater even on the JGP. I think she even has hardware to her name. She won JGP France and placed 5th at the JGPF exactly 20 years ago

I think competing as an adult at her own pace is a very different thing than coming back to the elite side of the sport, and in pairs

Gary Beacom still competes btw He is 64 years old. Midori Ito is 55 and I believe she still does compete as well.

Meagan seems content where she is at right now. She said her body isn't the same after two kids (not sure if she can rewear dresses fro the past because of the body change. good for her

I was just having fun but if Meagan came back and it appears she not she will just try possibly adult skating as per TSL that David would skate with his wife - Ekaterina Gordeeva

I have no problem if you want to have fun and suggest old stars returning. When the fun jokes get old is when there is picking on a country. Pairs field is not weak in Canada. Nobody would say that considering
1) current world champions
2)Lia and Trennt and Kelly Ann and Loucas both have GP medals to their names.
3) 3 teams made JGPF last year, two this year.
4) two of the most promising young teams are coming back from injuries but are incredibly good and could win medals at junior worlds this year (they placed in the top 6 last year after unexpected setbacks)

Meagan is so candid. Gotta love her. She never liked the 2a btw... So that will be interesting. She probably hates the sequence gimmick the ISU has allowed

Having kids was a priority for her after her competing career so I am glad she is happy with where she is.

Meghan did plan to skate in shows with Dylan Moscovitch. If I remember correctly, they did the Bryant Park tree lighting one year. Then along came COVID.

She seems to be adapting well to all the changes in her life, voluntary and involuntary. But I do not see a return to pairs competition in her future.

I am curious how Sui will do especially with the individual jumps. Right now the competition is not super difficult so maybe it is a good time for her to come back.
