ISU budges on ladies costumes

According to an ISU release, in Dance in OD's ONLY, ladies will be allowed to wear "skirts, <strong>trousers, or pants</strong>". Now, I know that it has to do with the theme for ODs -- "swing combo", but I am definitely pleased to see some change.
