Elladj's 4T this morning was absolutely flawless.

(And he was well-dressed, too, which unfortunately is not something Jason can always say. Though I'm not sure Jason could pull off the deep vee-neck that Elladj was sporting.)

Jason has impeccable timing. A week before his senior B! Didn't he get his 3A like four days before the JGPF? This is a thing.

Not gonna lie, when I saw all these new posts in this thread I got nervous that there was an injury or something...but no! It's the quad! Way to go Jason!

It will probably still be a while he's landing quads that solid with much consistency, but that's okay. It's coming. :yes:

Actually he kinda of started a trend. There's his JGP doppelgänger. Then there's the pair skater Alexander Smirnov. Ellaj. Are there any other figure skating ponytails of the male variety?

Philippe Candeloro had one way back before IJS.

Larry Loupolover is the JGP guy, but he kinda looks like a cross of Jason and Elladj. I was mostly being silly, but I do like how his spins out so straight and pretty when he jumps.

Not if he's not landing them in competitions, they won't. Hopefully he lands a clean one in his very first competition to quiet the doubters.

Nah. It'll be fun to rub in a few faces when he starts nailing them in competition, but until he does, they'll keep whining. Heck, they'll probably keep whining until he puts it in combination then!

The Tasmanian Devil kinda has the reputation, but just seems very un Jason. That thing is very very cute. My better half took one look at it and said "I bet they get fed alot"

Yeah, they do, even though people shouldn't. They also get tons of selfies taken with them, mainly because they will actually stand still, look at the camera, and do their smiling thing for tourists. It's tricky because they're actually listed as a vulnerable species, so it's illegal to handle them, but they will come right up to people, they're really friendly.

HE'S GOT A QUAD!!!!!!!!! If he can do it once he can get it consistent, just like he did the 3A.

Wowser! I am SO THRILLED.

And pfft to all of those who doubted... Really. Pfft.

ETA: He's got a quad and, thanks to how smart Kori and the rest of his team is, he'll also probably have WORKING HIPS at the age of 35.

It's very beautiful worth the 'wait', I'd say!

Realistically, I don't think he'll come out and nail it straight away, but who does? He'll probably struggle with it in the beginning, UR some, fall on some... and the naysayers will probably only see those attempts and say it'll never work for him anyway. But this video makes me so optimistic that he'll have the jump sooner than I thought before, and I'm just so happy

Edit: also, after look at some pics... yes, Jason is a Quokka. That's an undeniable, obvious fact. And now I'll go and look at some more cute pics!
