Jason is apparently doing "I Lived" in Part 1 of Fantasy on Ice and "The Impossible Dream" must be in Part 2, but I haven't confirmed that.

Yes, a girl who still follows and comments on all his social media, though not to the utterly insane extent she did back in the day - around 2014 or so. Unfortunately, her constant behaviour was what led Jason to close off on social media and stop being as responsive to fans, as well as start delaying his travel posts.
I'm glad the Japanese fans will get to see I Lived, which is beautiful, but feel sad they will be deprived of show Sinnerman.

He has 2 more show engagements in Japan this summer. He might choose to do Sinnerman at one of them? It's such a demanding program, it might have been too much to ask given his schedule up to getting to Japan and the acclimation time needed. I guess we'll see!

That's seriously cool! I guess Impossible Dream will be at a different show. Unless he's doing more than 2 solos. He kept this secret! I wonder if he choreographed it himself. particularly since I think Javi is doing a Man of LaMancha program, at least I assume that is "Habi-chan's Ramancha man". So I think maybe Impossible Dream is another show?
From what I understand flitting though social media, Yuzu may be skating to a live violinist. God bless the Japanese fans and their support of skating shows like this.
(and I don't care if it's one skater, bless them too)

Thanks for letting us know about the article. The part about his parents is so cute. Essentially, like parents everywhere, I feel they just wanted to make sure the guy was good enough for their son (that he was happy).

I love Kaori ever since I saw her at SKAM in Lake Placid. I hope we get to see some clips of her doing Ro's choreo. Jason has been posting a lot about the fun they are all having on this tour.

My oldest daughter and family are in Boulder. The Springs is about 2 hours away. It's a long shot given the time of year, but I'll keep it in mind. 4CCs was scheduled for the Springs a while back, but then they moved it to Cali instead. Skaters don't like having to compete at that altitude, apparently. Skate America will be in Boston this year, but that's a long shot too. It depends on a lot of things. It would be fun! I agree that Jason is not showing signs of jumping back into competition any time soon. But very few skaters who went to the Olympics have officially announced their retirement, so who knows? So apparently there’s an interview in IFS magazine with Jason where we get the most info about retirement/not-retirement so far. I can’t access the whole thing but a twitter fan screen shotted an excerpt here.
It does sound to me like he’s not COMPLETELY done. He doesn’t want to rush, or pressure himself to be ready for the start of the season, but doesn’t sound like he’s completely closed the door on competition. I could see him skipping the GP and going for nationals.

I agree with the assessment (or maybe because it means we would at least see him at Nats, I am hoping that is the case.
Also, wouldn't it be great for Jason to slay the San Jose Nats monster when he is under no pressure and just skating for himself. And our friends going to Nats could see him. )And Worlds and 4CC in North America, if he is selected.
