Let's hope Jason doesn't go the extreme route of my little brother Z... He used to have long hair - and then he shaved it all off! (Note: this was long ago, in the days of his youth, he has "normal" hair now. )

@StitchMonkey - Yes, loved the video of your cat... but then I am a cat person. (I suspect our Sassi may be a Javi fan, as per the little evidence I've got on the subject. She is a dignified cat lady of - soon to be - 16 so she isn't given to much outward... I don't know the expression I'm seeking?... ebullience of expression, perhaps?; but she has watched two entire Javi performances. So, I'd say she definitely likes him, as otherwise she can quite easily lose interest, and whether she's watching TV or not is a mood thing with her.)

I was successful! I manged to grab a clip of my kitty pawing at Jason's feet while he skates. I am very pleased with my cat and her taste in entertainment right now.

I am going to take this as a psychic kitty omen that his hair and suspenders will work well for the program. . . but I will have to get my cat's opinion when we see it.

watched Jason skate before (via my laptop), and even seemed to be somewhat interested, but mine never

I just want to chime in to say nice one on on cropping the fan out. It does nothing to detract from he photo, and is a courtesy that many will appreciate and many others forget.

It does look like it would fit T & I. I was predicting a plunging neckline again. . . was not expecting a faux plunging neckline.
I am guessing it will have some beading/sparkly stuff add to it still.

He also retweeted something from Piper Gilles hinting they would be wearing something matching this weekend. So it could have something to do with that.

His hair does get rather adorably fuzzy sometimes!

According to this icenework article from last year, yellow pants (although Jason's are more mustard colored) are already trendy in Europe :

"Some people say, 'No, you cannot wear yellow pants.' I say, 'Why not?' And they cannot explain why not. Everybody thinks your pants must be blue, or black, or white, but not yellow."

As Trankov is quick to point out, he's not alone. Yellow pants fever is spreading in figure skating circles, at least in Europe. North America seems to be lagging in the trend.

Maybe Jason's pants will get their own twitter handle and hang out with Trankov's pants just like Jason's ponytail and Charlie's curls.
