Is Ryabova still with Davydov? I thought she was the one that had the rather nasty split with him, and I thought she was most recently with Plushenko? could very well be wrong though

I'm pretty sure she's with Plushenko too. She's been on the AofP Instagram quite a bit recently.

Does anyone else feel like the only thing that needs to be predicted is which girl is going to get the bronze medal at this competition? I personally think that Yelim Kim is the most likely candidate, and that unless there is a sudden disaster, we all know who is going to be in first and second at this competition.

Are the layouts for each competitor uploaded somewhere? I am considering going just for the ladies free skate as I live quite close and I was wondering if Sasha plans to land her 4Lz ;) Would be nice to witness some history ;)

Sasha did it at test skates and she's Sasha, so she'll probably do it here :)
Also, I think Ksenia Sinitsyna is putting all three combos in the back half. Should be fun to see :)

Anna attempted it as well but then played it safe in Bratislava, that’s why I’m asking [emoji846]

Well I guess we won't be sure until she actually skates but she's much more consistent that Anna so she may feel like she can risk a bit more and still be good enough to get the second assignment. When Anna misses her quad, she starts to implode, but Sasha keeps the rest under control, so it may be more reward than risk.

That's true. Sasha seems to have nerves of steel :) Well, it's just 250 miles so I guess I'll try to go. If she does three quads I'm gonna drop dead :drama:

Yes, Sasha is probably the best competitor among Eteri's juniors. I remember last year at her first JGP event, she fell on her quad in practice but decided to go for it in competition and landed it.

I am expecting a memorable oompetition, even though, as stated earlier, the only question is who will get the bronze medal. But oh my..it's our Sasha, so I think she's gonna impress us once again :luv17:

Voted for Sinitsyna.. not that I believe it much but I think she's capable of at least giving Sasha some healthy competition.. ;)
