The performance -even with "only" one quad and without a Trixel- we should have seen at the OG. I hope this whole event is a kind of therapy for her to heal those wounds that she should have never got. Kami's Bolero has made me much more emotional than the whole WC '22... And it tells everything!

Kamila Valieva, Olympic champion in figure skating, Honored Master of Sports, visited the Permanent Mission of Tatarstan. Ravil Akhmetshin met with her. The meeting was also attended by the mother of the figure skater Alsu Anvarovna Valieva. Ravil Kalimullovic thanked Kamila for her worthy representation of our country at the competition. He stressed that the whole country admires her hard work, perseverance and strength of spirit. "Thanks to you, your talent, young people have become interested in figure skating," he said. Ravil Akhmetshin presented Kamila with a commemorative badge dedicated to the 135th anniversary of Gabdulla Tukay, made by order of the Embassy. "We were born on the same day – April 26," the young but already world-famous figure skater said with a smile. Kamila Valieva plans to participate in the VII Moscow – Tatarstan Bridge Youth Forum on April 16.
