Kanako looks very cute with the short hair. :thumbsup:

We finally could see some Mao and Kanako interactions and lolz how I like the way Patrick ruffles her hair. :biggrin:
 
Reports from THE ICE say that Kanako's SP will be "El Tango de Roxanne".
I'm so glad she didn't choose "Time to say goodbye".

I think she was was really undermarked last year, probably affected a bit by pronoucing she wanted to retire, so JSF is looking towards the future with Satoko, but I guess we will never know.

I am glad that she skates to tango! Love it love it! Wish we can see the ice video soon.
Time to say goodbye is very similar to Think of Me. Using similar programs in consecutive years would be a bit boring. So it is good that she just uses it as an ex

I could only find one person saying anything about her costume from the 25th, Osaka show when she first skated to it and apparently she wore pants:think: It could be a temporary costume though so we might just have to wait and see until her season starts.
Actually, I was hoping she'd wear pants for her POTO FS last season.

I saw Kanako's Tango de Roxanne during 'The Ice' show on 25th. It was a dress of black and red (no, not pants). I only got to see the 'Time to say goodbye' program later from the video clip, and immediately I think the Tango one suites her way better. She did almost mess up a spin and pop a jump during the performance.

Your post reminded me of the gifs, WOW that Tango SP and a black&red costume by Kanako. I'm looking forward to seeing soon!!
 
I think she was probably using hier old costume in 2013 for the ice. She used her old costume for the ice last year when performing think of me. But black and red dress suits her and tango very well. Kana is on the right track!
Now I wonder what her LP will be. She said the music is from a japanese movie.

No video of Kanako's SP yet :frown: And The Ice channel on YT has apparently disappeared :mad:
So the next broadcast of the show will be on August 8th on a Miyagi local channel and on the 15th on an Aichi local channel. The broadcast on the 15th is supposed to be the "complete" show so another 2 weeks wait at worst? And we're now 100% at the mercy of the kind dailymotion uploaders :bow:

Thanks, mikaboo, for the info! Hope we can see her SP before U.S. International Figure Skating Classic. And I also want to know what her LP is. :cheer2:
