Kanako had the honor of being torch bearer for the Olympics on April 5th in Nagoya next to the Castle. She looks so happy!

It seems Kanako and Yutaka held a wedding ceremony in Miyako-jima (I'm not sure if this was the official wedding ceremony or a belated separate celebration with Kanako's and her husband's friends only - on March 16th + 17th at Kanako’s “classical figure skating concert” the Wedding March was played for her, so it's unclear when exactly the official ceremony took place). The group also seems to have stayed in Miyako-jima for a short vacation.
