What is the important message Kao wants to pass on at national team camp? He's training his upper body mussles because he want's to look good while swimming in the ocean . He's the funniest person ever.

Rio Nakata and Kao are live on Instagram. rionakata0908 They're speaking English now. Kao is doing ok. Didn't realize he knows that much English.

Kao's jumps are looking solid and his programs looking FIERCE
They show him jumping his classic, huge and powerful 4S, a 4T3T and gorgeous 3Lo3Lo
As we already saw, Mambo choreo is super fun and fab (heard he's changed it up a bit since DOI) and Jekyll FS is lookin' total BAD-A$$
I would record and share but atm I'm unable to access FOD livestreams with the only device I'm able to record with
