Ksenia Ivanovna Monko (Russian: Ксения Ивановна Монько) was born 8 February 1992 in Kirov, Kirov Oblast, Russia. Her ice-dance partner, Kirill Leonidovich Khaliavin (Russian: Кирилл Леонидович Халявин) was born 21 November 1990 in Kirov, Kirov Oblast, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. The team competes for Russia. They are the 2011 World Junior champions, two-time (2009–10, 2010–11) Junior Grand Prix Final champions and the 2015 Russian National silver medalists in ice-dance.

The WTT always has a fun, relaxed atmosphere. But, Ksenia was having more fun than most. You never knew what she was going to do next!
