Amelie gave it away and she knows it. Her program wasn't as nice as Cynthia's, jumps completely notwithstanding. if you're going to skate to Don't Cry For Me Argentina, it needs to be a proper version; this piano version did nothing for me.

Do the relative values of falls and pops fluctuate each season as the rules are changed? It must be so frustrating for coaches and skaters to have to learn new rules every year.

Not very much. You get nothing for a total pop, about half credit for a fall. There have been more changes in how under-rotations were handled.
