The spanish flag is flying high!!!

Javi must be good for Sonia, lovely program, could have been more expressive, but not bad, question mark on the axel maybe short on rotation but by video looks ok!! but it will hurt her.

But overall that is good for Sonia

Yay for Joshi and Vicky! Happy for the French girls. Yretha much better since I last saw her. France is bringing it back in all disciplines. G and G also impressing, especially Gedevanishvili. Orser

Yes since Silete brilliant but I feel both the helgesson sisters and the french girls had to attack out there as they are fighting for the 1 spot each for WORLDS

Competition is always good :)

Rightly or wrongly, I tend to regard female skaters as either primarily spinners or primarily jumpers. That is, that their talents tend primarily toward one direction, or the other. Gedevanishvili has always seemed to me to be a jumper, just needing a little more control and perhaps, patience, to bring out her latent abilities; I think that Brian Orser is providing her with what she needs.

Are Viktoria and Joshi actually fighting for Sweden's one worlds spot? I assumed Viktoria was already assigned to worlds..
