Damn, that's right. And they're in this last group.
This comp seems so weird without Meissner or Hughes. Almost like it's...lacking or something. But then again, it was a similar feeling in 2007 without Kwan or Cohen.

Yes, same blue dress.
As they should have to. Alissa has the best spins and artistry perhaps in the world, among known seniors. If she does her jumps, she should be unbeatable.
The only score I don't quite get is Hacker's, and I say that as someone who, if anything, has a bias towards her. I'd really love to see the protocols -- she must have gotten a lot of positive GOEs.
I know. I hope this short was a breakthrough for her and I hope she can hold it together in the long.

I thought the 8 revolutions rule in the layback was that you needed 8 revs before doing a beillman position. If you are still "laying back" and just grabbing the foot, I thought you could do that right away - no? When people say "grabbing the foot" do they mean a beillman, or any catchfoot position?
Also, can you do a flying upright in the short?
