Ugh. I tried to overlook your statement but I couldn't. I didn't say she should get high PCS becaue she's a lovely skater. Not sure where you're getting that from. I said that she's a far better skater than many people seem to realize or they do not want to realize because they don't like her style or because she's american or whatever...

It's a shame that Mao couldn't do her triple lutz. But still it was amazing.
About Yuna... I would like to say a lot of things, but I think that is not necessary. She really deserved the score she got. I'm very happy for her. Maybe it's bad that she literally leaves no place for competition, but, come on, we can't force someone to skate bad just for our excitement. I'll just enjoy her on ice and I hope that everyone of you too. Let's forget the scores for those moments and enjoy her art.

I mentioned it earlier because I was surprised the topic was brought up at all.
I laughed at the euphemism the commentator used/had to use for breasts because it really is a touchy subject but he certainly meant no harm and she deserves great credit for her performance and persistence.
Definitely, she's been quite well in the latter half of the season. I hope that she keeps the trend for next season as well Yay Elene!
I remember back when I was still with a ballet company, one of the male dancers said he was surprised a I could do triple turns and jump well with my um, "assets". I know it took some restraint not to kick him where it hurts

It's not a done deal until the last skater has finished the long program.
As well as Kim skated her short today, it would be way too premature to crown her the champion yet.

I don't think she's a shoe-in only for the reason that Yuna, IIRC, has never executed the perfect FS in the senior racks. However, a monster 10 point lead allows Yuna to win with one fall, maybe two. Mao is more likely to catch up because her technical content can carry that. Joannie has been very consistent but she doesn't have the technical content. Even +GOEs can only make up so much ground.
