They had a great pair of performances.
Having had a chance to interview them after each part of the competition, they're both extremely friendly and engaging people to talk to. Also, Nikolaj is indeed a very tall man.
They got a great crowd reception too.

I'm so mad at them! The last thing I needed was to fall in love with another ice dance team!

Congrats on the bronze I loved every second of those dances. They were on fire and had such a command, spot on edges. This break to citizenship switch and calm training time really gave them a lot. I mean they were great before but now they're absolutely AMAZING.

Well, their first season with Canada went about as well as I think they could have hoped. The stage is set very nicely for next year.

They stole my heart at Worlds, definitely now confirmed my 2nd favourite ID team now (most probably know who is first
) - the only team whose chemistry feels so natural, organic and making the whole experience richer, better, more rounded with emotions. Beautiful people, but the real beauty is coming from their engagement and mutual appreciation they have for each other and audiences.

Their gold medal-winning free dance from Nebelhorn Trophy. Between that and their RD results in Lombardia, these two are poised to have a great season.
