Looking for 1991 Disney on Ice w/ Scott Hamilton's "12 Days of Christmas"

I'm looking for a video/DVD of Scott Hamilton's performance of "12 Days of Christmas." I believe he first performed this for Disney's 1991 Christmas on Ice. I think he also performed it at a subsequent Winter Olympics (as an exhibition).

This is one of my favorite memories from my childhood and I would love to see it again. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
