According to eyewitness accounts:
There were conflicting feelings about what to do among top Academy brass. The producer of the Oscar telecast, Will Packer, ultimately encouraged Will Smith to stay. On television, immediately after the commercial break, actors Denzel Washington, Tyler Perry, and Bradley Cooper were seen quietly talking to Smith, in a comforting way. Cooper even hugged Smith.

At your workplace, in front of children who you were supposed to care for and had nothing to do with it, and their parents?
If she can't control herself in front of children and teenagers, she has no business working with them. That doesn't mean she is not the wronged party, it does mean she is unfit for her job.
This is an emotional subject, and I realize that people will have different opinions here. I see your points and do not deny their validity. It is just that I personally evaluate them differently, so we'll have to agree to disagree there.

That's fine, I do think YMMV is a wonderful thing.
I read somewhere that the other person left Canada immediately after the yelling incident and is unlikely to return. I also read that the other person is very young (though presumably a legal adult). I have no way of knowing if either of these is true. But if true, it does make me think less of Bruno. The situation stinks all around.

Wow....If it is true, the internet detectives will be able to solve who the person is/was. I am trying to imagine how my feelings would change if it was a young beautiful woman who threw herself at Bruno for a short fling vs an older lady who developed emotions with Bruno over a period of time. For me, it doesnt change my feelings toward him. In the last century, a beautiful lady I worked 4 ft away from for 5 years and knew for 10 offered herself to me for a fling (we were close as friends and could talk about anything) but that is not how I roll. No matter if my wife of the time and I were having issues and that she, the worker, was promiscuous all the time I knew her....no matter that I suspected my wife wasnt faithful....I dont lie, cheat or steal.
( I had the joy of finding someone's cell phone on a bench on my last cruise and taking it to customer service and the lady who lost it was there...)
I imagined coersion by the more powerful partner rather than flinging by the less powerful one. But neither of us knows anything, including whether what I read was true.

Correct. Who knows? This isnt about Miki Ando but I was discussing her situation years ago with someone in the know of the sport (a coach) and she said, "Sometimes the student does throw herself at a coach".
But still, no matter how this shakes out, as someone who has gone through the hurt, I feel for anyone dumped on. I have known so many....
