thank you and can you tell me when Jeff Buttle will be on, because if it is too late I will come back tomorrow to see who won. I just hope that Jeff can have a clean skate, because all of the other grand prix events he had they were not clean and mabe if he has one, it will give him is confidence back.

I think that if the quad for him is not stable he should put it out and skate clean, he would stand a chance more with that, because it seems that when he miss on the quad he misses on all the other jumps.

WOW, Jeff second, it is not too bad for someone who had some problems, but I wish that he will get everything in order before the olympics, because so far even if he had some good results he did not have some great skate, so he had to count on others to make mistakes to place first and second at the two grand prix he skated in this year, I will see him at the National, I have bought a pass for the whole event, and in the first row, so will be there the whole week in Ottawa and will take lots of pictures and see what will be then his shape, I thiink that being an olympic season, he is a bit nervous.... I wish him all the best and just cant wait to see him live in Ottawa in 3 weeks.... I never seen him live in competition, I did see Emanuel Sandhu, but I am anxcious to see Jeff...

This year at nationals, I am so happy because in each category,it will be a uge fight for podium placements and now that Skate canada does not automaticaly send the one that skate best that day, a no.1 skater can have a bad day that day and miss qualifying for the olympics and that is unfair, so if the skater has a great season that is how they will decide this year, I just cant wait.

Now I am going to bed, it is very late, it was nice to follow you and thank you for the quick result.

The 2005 World Champion is also the 2005 Grand Prix Gold Medalist Lambiel now has had a taste for gold. We must look carefully at the Euros to see how Joubert is holding up. I went out on a limb and predicted a European sweep for the men at the Olys. Will it happen?

Lambiel was robbed again on the PCS scores, and he was given two level 1 spins by the judges. The judges hate his skating, it is incredable he continues to do so well while so grossly underscored. He obviously has to work for everything he gets.

It is very possible if Joubert can get his jumps back. Buttle is a wonderful skater but his mistakes on jumps are disappointing. Sometimes I wonder if he deserves those high placements. Under the COP rules he may. Still, those who grumble about jump mistakes by other skaters need to take a look at Buttle's programs. I do believe too many mistakes on jumps ruin a performance, no matter how wonderful the edging is.

IMO Lambiel is now a serious contender for an OGM in Torino. I am concerned that Plushenko's program is not strong enough to beat a clean one by Lambiel. The Europeans should be very interesting at this point.
