I just stoped by the Arena today in this very lovely city.

I saw Brian J looking better than ever. There is serious technique in his skating now. - not just the rotating jumps. He skates around with lots of flow and much use of basics and moves in field. His footwork is incredibly good and will bring down the house. If he skates well and believe he will, he will win SA easily.

Of the few people I've seen, Yannik Ponsero is the one to watch for a medal.

Scott and Abbott looking pale compared to them.

I have not seen Buttle, so this is no prediction.
