There is a full translation of this interview on the fs universe forum.Misha's new interview with Elena Vaitsekhovskaya:

Some interesting info:
Doing a 4Lz is much harder physically and mentally. When he is asked how many times out of 10 he can do 4Lz successfully and whether it’s possible to do such a hard jump 10 times in a practice session, he says that there was a day when he jumped 4Lz 8 or 9 times and the next day he could barely stand and everything was swimming in his head. His back and legs hurt and he couldn’t think. While he can jump 4T 10 times without problems.
He was prepared for a fall on 4Lz in the FS as it wasn’t stable and he didn’t yet feel confident so it didn’t throw him off too much.
At the moment they have decided to train 4Lz 15 min per practice session to prevent it from taking over the entire training process as happened at the beginning.
They did try to fight for the new SP but it wasn’t successful. Now he is OK with doing the old one.
Currently he does 4S twice per practice session and is not planning to put it into competition programs this season, but hopes to do so next season. His ultimate goal is 4Lz and 4S in the first half of the LP and 4T in the second. Currently he is having some trouble physically with doing even two quads but believes that with enough proper training he can achieve his goal.

Misha is 167 cm, she must be like 170.
was too glued on Misha's smile
Olga certainly deserves huge credit for teaching him.
Could be one of the reasons behind her good start at Nationals.
