Mom's Eye Surgery Monday

Taking Dad for a 'nother (I know MM loves that word - payback for the "Me and..." ) check up to get the OK for anesthesia. The little stinker was trying to have a Coke last night when I got home.:sheesh:

Mom's eye looks great and the weather is good, but getting snow again this weekend.

Dad is going in tomorrow, and is now going to stay a few days. Crossing the fingers and remembering some of the best lyrics ever.

Dad's surgery went off with no hitches, other than bringing to our attention he is supposedly taking way to much fish oil daily. He is ready to come home in his mind, but we'll have to wait until tomorrow. Good thing really, it is snowing again - but this time it is super light and fluffy . Makes me wish I was skiing.

Well, Dad has to stay in the hospital another night. His drain tube clogged last night, he was very puffed up and when they pulled it out old dark blood started going everywhere. He should be fine and it shouldn't cause any issues but they want to make sure he drains correctly and the old blood is completely out. He doesn't seem to mind it sounds, eating the hospitals entire cafeteria. So he is OK, Mom misses him now. Well probably go by to see him later if she can stay awake.
