An article by Phil Hersh with some interview comments after his practice yesterday

Phil writes that Nathan planned to return to the off site practice rink so maybe that's what they were referring to when they said he wasn't able to attend the press conference due to a change in his training schedule.

Edit: I am glad that they changed that shining zipper into something black, maybe it is due to Nathan does not feel comfortable, you will notice that the new black invisible zipper does not go all the way up to his neck. and there are more breathing room for him (hopefully this won't cause any costume malfunction)

Before, with that shining big zipper, it ended abruptly at his pants.. I alway wondered where did that zipper go

I hope Nathan got a discount on his 2nd hand costume. I do think Nathan looks nicer in his version, however. He looks like a cool character from an action film. Evan looks like chimney sweep. I'm kind of surprised Evan's fans don't remember the costume.

So... was Evan's costume designed by Vera as well, or did she steal someone else's idea?
If it's her design, which I assume, she probably liked it so much, that she wanted to put it out there again, for a bigger occasion, to get a lot more spotlight.

Nathan didn't do the Team USA men press conference - which I don't blame him for not doing. Christine Brennan said US Figure Skating said scheduling conflicts but I'm sure it was a conscious choice. ...

A solo presser for Nathan now has been added to USOC schedule. In Korea time:

SP start order is out, and Nathan is skating second behind Hanyu and in front of Kolyada in the last flight. I'm not sure if this is good or what. At the very least he'll be used to waiting for all the toys to be swept up since he seems to be skating behind Hanyu a lot (usually in the FS though). And iirc he's mentioned in the past that he doesn't like to go too late in the group. Hmmm.

Nick McCarvel reported that he was training at the Team USA rink today. He should be back for practices tomorrow (in Korea, later tonight here)

I am nervous, Nathan skates right after Yuzuru as second is not really a good position for him. the raining stuffed animals, and second to skate..
based on Yuzuru's currently training condition, he can pull off a clean SP with 4S and 4T relatively easy. and that will be a monstrous score. I cannot imagine the pressure to skate right afterwards...Even If Nathan do a clean SP with 4LZ, 4F, maybe not enough. But, that is okay, BOI

I just hope Nathan aim at to be the best version of himself. Compete with himself, and do not think too much about score, medal or others.
As long as he can become the best version of himself and skate the programs he know he can do cleanly, regardless of medals, he will make history.

Wish BOI the best of lucky, one element at a time, do not over-thinking, stay at the moment with music.

And please do some serious complete clean SP run-thrus from now on to calm his fans nerves

Go Nathan, Wish you the best of luck, will alway support you no matter what.

Nathan has skated after Yuzu many times, albeit not at the Olympics - but I’m sure he knows what to expect. I’m hoping he is just able to focus on his job and not letting the mistakes from the team event trickle back into his mind.
