Nathan Chen

Nathan with his show off 😏 story, man, United please charge him the fees haha

Congrats 🎉 to Nathan’s #dad for winning the mirror ball 🏆 well deserved, you made the show really fun and it’s too bad his was a short season. Woohoo

haha yes - sometimes I can hardly understand Nathan :)

i canNOT understand Nathan sometimes as well, took me forever to figure out “crease” and I actually don't know what exactly Nathan answered regarding shoes in that interview with kids, just knew he somehow bugged Karen about it.. Anyways, nowadays, not either bother to figure out #whatNathanSaid ;)

Karen's story is kinda funny, she thanked Nathan for "tag" along. Nathan seems always is the one that "tag" along, he even referred himself as "tag" along, in his letter to Amber before;);)

#whatNathanSaid - haha

Nathan was saying Karen needs new Nikes - and she said she has had her pair for years (so frugal!). Nathan said that Karen will be going to the Nike Factory Outlet later and a lady said she is driving Karen there.

If this was supposed to be Karen’s event - looks like the Q&A must have had a lot of questions directed towards Nathan.

For these types of seminars I think there is usually at least one teaching assistant, which I guess is where Nathan came in.

Here's the day's schedule, which seems like an awful lot for one person to handle by herself, especially someone like Karen who likely isn't all that experienced at leading this type of event.

I assumed those Nikes in Nathan's IG story were Karen's because they looked pretty small, and because Nathan doesn't need to buy Nikes.

I am fairly sure they are Nathan’s shoes?

Those shoes don’t look small enough for Karen - at least I don’t think so, lol

I’m sure Nathan got them from Nike (not purchased)

I doubt Karen wears an 8. She's a tiny girl. That's a big ole foot (for a woman). Not shading big footed people, since my feet are bigger though. It's about what I'd expect a guy Nathan's size to wear.

Anyway, glad he tagged along. I'm sure she appreciated it.

I assumed those shoes were purchased at the Nike factory outlet, if that's indeed where they were going.

Nathan's shoes always seem to look big to me. Would he wear a size 8?

Those shoes are limited edition - at least the yellow and zipper ones. Definitely not sold at the factory outlet! I think they are really hard to get.

My brother is taller than Nathan and I think he wears size 9 or 9.5 in Nike. So I think size 8 would be possible?

thank you for posting this, that really is a lot for Karen to handle, and thanks Nathan for helping out and being such a loving brother;)

Whoa, that sounded exhausting. Poor Karen and Nathan had to get there before 7:30am. Whose idea was that when they probably didn't even get back to their hotel til midnight? Those kids sure are lucky though!

I once computed from Nathan's skates box label, his shoe size is around 10.. IDK.

I think shoe size 10 would be pretty big for his height :). I don’t know how skate sizing runs though

i don't kr anything about men's shoes or even women's shoes, I remembered I did some kinda calculation and there are a lot of googling and shoe size charts involved..
hahaha. could be totally off
but I have a feeling Nathan foot is kinda big for his height IDK.
