@skfan a few thought after read your post:
I do think Nathan needs to take ownership and leadership in his figure skating (great champions, Yuna, V/M etc. all took the leadership and ownership of their skating towards the later half of their career). but that means he has to have absolute passion about figure skating wherever that may be.
as for Nathan's future healthy. His enormous interests in medicine is also induced by his personal experience dealing with injuries. I do believe Nathan already has been very diligent in terms of training smarter. However, Nathan's mom and Nathan all said they will take figure skating day by day, which means they are aware that figure skating may not be sustainable considering how many quad Nathan has to train to win. This really hurt me..
As for sponsorships and DWTS etc. I agree with many of you here, he will have better deal/sponsorship if he has better results in figure skating in the future, his career is indeed very young, and figure skating for a man can be a relatively longer career. The sacrifice in sponsorship money now so that he can focus on his figure skating and other important pursuit is a trade-off that will be worthwhile in the big picture.
Also, Nathan is explorative.
as for sun valley full video, I do not have.
I also hope Nathan have learn a great deal from this OG experience, his OG season mismanagement that leads to subpar OG result perhaps will scar me forever as a fan. I'm sorry, but I am a fan.
