speaking of music production
Nathan has tried that already, that insta story after his worlds, "my forest fire", he is his own one man's band, he edited 4 tracks into one production. including his vocal, him playing guitar chord, melody and percussion. So we could literally add music production in his hidden hobby

and the #confirmed polar bear onesie is so perfect, Nathan's fans are the cutest.

Japanese fans are very dedicated in general and very loyal. I think it’s just part of their fan culture but they take good care of their favorites and I think they tend to be pretty respectful to not invade their privacy unlike some of the more extreme fan bases in other countries

A crowded summer at Team Raf indeed - I wonder when the new facility will open

Adam did the choreo for Nathan’s Best Day of my Life ex from 2014-15 season.

I’m wondering what Nathan will be performing this summer at the Japan shows - still Nemesis and BFTE? New short program? New group numbers/partnering/ice dance?😍

Nathan would be gone after August.


Adam also did choreo for Ashley. There was a TSL interview with Adam talking about how he got Ashley to do the things he would like her to do. He also mentioned briefly about some coaching he did.


Thanks sheetz for the update and oatmella for the lovely pictures. So happy to learn that Yuzu would be joining the Heroes and Future. Now we have Yuzu, Shoma, Shibs and Javier. Maybe Nathan has chance to talk to Evgenia about adjusting life to a different environment. :)

Also, with my limited knowledge about Yuzu's coaching/training situation, it seemed he had done remote coaching while his mom would send the videos to BO when he was training in Japan. He is very independent in that regard.


@Heyheyhey, it was one of the NBC pre OG promo/fluffy, I didn't bookmark the video probably due to the headache I have every time when I watched those videos.

They will be in the Heroes and Future show in Nagano on 6/8-6/10

This show was already in Nathan’s summer schedule - but now Yuzuru has been added to the cast

If tickets weren’t already sold out, I’m assuming they are now !

and haha I found out why I got the impression of one day show. This thread on Edge has all the ice shows, and it got the dates of Heroes and Future wrong. The ICE 2018 has been added there on page 3.

The article said it would open this July so in about 2 months or so

I assume Nathan is performing the same routines. Nemesis is a must, it’s super popular number in the Japan shows (its popular in general but particularly in Japan from what I’ve heard) and I don’t think he’s had enough time to work on a new short program. Group numbers are possible/likely though

@bonita I know Nathan’s gone after August, that’s why I said for the summer but it’s full with or without Nathan. Atleast 3 new high profile students for the summer is a pretty full slate on top of his regular roster, hope they all have fun. My two fav in men’s and two great potential ladies along with Ashley training together is [emoji122]

No worries about the video, I’m sure I’ll randomly come across it eventually lol

I think Team Raf seems quite full with or without Nathan (physically) present

Nathan is doing some shows in Japan later this summer as well - maybe his new short program for those shows? That will be another 100+ pages of posts here ;)

From The Rinks website - says the new facility 'Opening Late 2018' so likely not this summer.
