Aww, couldn’t be more adorable. The last video was from Hanna’s IG live. Wish someday we can see that video girls running away hiding.
Nathan is great with kids, there is this comment under that Romain homie post by someone from Lakewood “Thank you for you energy and always being good with the kids” . Good to know he kept these girls entertained.
sheetz, have you seen this IG story? Seems Tomas Verner did bring students to Lakewood probably for some short term training.

Why did Nathan delete his IG story with Alex? He didn’t look bad in that picture

Is it still low carb since he got lots of baby potatoes? Isn’t that carb as well? It seems like noodles, flatbread and potatoes were the carb options.
I wouldn't say there were "lots" of potatoes since his plate looks so empty compared to the others'. So maybe it would be better to say "low cal" instead? Or perhaps he's just so used to seeing Japanese portion sizes now. LOL

That’s not the default font (which is ‘classic’) - so I would assume that’s his favorite font for stories. It’s called typewriter on instagram

If that’s his dinner, doesn’t seem like a lot of food! Low cal - looks like a 400 calorie (or less) meal.
Not necessarily I was even thinking it might be a lesson in portion control. I was looking at Nathan’s IG post with Alex. If he was holding full-on food items (steak, buttered beans and potatoes), it might very well have the same calories as the plate Alex holds (3 wraps that appear to be heavy on veggies).

Thanks sheetz. It is such a well written article. It answered some of the questions in this ff about translating movements from the floor to the ice, how to plan off-ice change to recreate the choreography on the ice, as well as creation process of each program.
Nathan has done such an incredible job given that he only worked with Sam and MFD for three days.
