Not perfect, but very good other than the error - super performance, we got to see his smile again:luv17:, and the 3A and 4F were very well done!
 
I was worried about the combo since Saturday :(

But good thing is the 4f looks great, and levels are up
 
He got his levels up!

I was kinda screaming ‘Now don’t miss your combo!!!!’ before that and then felt terrible :p

But the damage wasn’t too bad at least.
 
Can't believe he missed that combo of all combos. He can do that jump in his sleep and Jackie said he hasn't missed it all week. Clean Caravan isn't meant to be for now! At least he got a season's best? :laugh:

I'm so annoyed since his score would have been so huge without that mistake. And yes, thank goodness for levels. It wasn't a bad skate at all.
 
I loved the program (with lots of energy) and I was more excited when I saw the score (SB) :yahoo:

Nathan is really accomplishing two feats: Yale and Figure Skating :points:

I so wanted a clean Caravan. I think he was so relieved over his 4F, he lost focus for his 4T combo. He’s pretty strong in his FS this year, so I, confident he’ll have a great FS tomorrow.

I forgot to put this in my previous post, but the interaction Michal - Raf - Nathan? in the Kiss and Cry it was quite funny :rofl2: , it took away some tension at the moment, happy for Team Raf :hap57:

We actually should be happy that he has improved a lot after IdF in terms of 4f and the levels, finished one final, one paper and a lovely chem project.

He was in such great mood these two days, so I assume he must have done great with his final

GOE for 3A and 4f look great. Not complaining about the combo anymore. More incentive for him to work hard tomorrow.

I am seriously impressed and in awe of how much improvement Nathan made since IdF with all he has going on - and even had time to fit in a holiday show :luv17:
 
Same. He'll have nearly a whole month to train too with Raf soon as well.

He's had clean FS this season so I'm hoping for the best tomorrow. Regardless he's doing so well despite having so much on his plate. I'm having finals now too and I can't even imagine doing what he's doing. I can barely stay awake to watch this competition.
