It looks like Nathan and Colin just got a trim on the sides/back - hair length on top looks about the same.

I think so - the sides and back of his hair are definitely shorter.

He still appears to have longer curls on top.

The back appears to be shorter/cleaner-looking

The sides could be smoothed with pomade/hair wax.

But without a better view of the sides/back, I guess hard to tell.
