Former World champ Yuka Sato has been named choreographer for The Ice. She hopes to create a "hot and sexy" show for the fans!

Happy 4th of July to those who celebrate it!

Nathan still getting in his ice time yesterday.

A book event in Tokyo just days before the first The Ice show was announced yesterday. Unfortunately for those hoping to attend it sold out within minutes!

Nathan will give a talk about his book and answer questions from attending fans. Attendees will receive a signed copy of his book directly from him and have an opportunity to take an individual photo with him as well, and then receive a large acrylic key chain that uses the photo that Nathan submitted.

The event will also be live-streamed (you need to buy a ticket).

If you see any information about how to access the live stream, please post it. I’d like to watch but have a feeling it might only be available in Japan.

The info is at the bottom of the page linked above. 3300 yen to watch, 5500 yen if you want the acrylic key holder. I've seen someone on twitter say they were able to purchase a livestream ticket using their US credit card.

Thanks. I found it and just bought a livestream ticket. At least I hope that’s what I bought!

Nathan will be an essay contributor for the Philip Glass book set, “Philip Glass Piano Etudes: The Complete Folios 1-20 & Essays from Fellow Artists,” to be released in October.
