Hi! I am planning to buy Edea Overture for my next boot. However, there is no skate shop where I can try the boots on (I have to pre-order them) so I’m doing my research online and tried this edea measurement from a friend. I am confused on which size should I take. On the edea measurement my feet size is 240 mm. I tried my friend’s Overture boot (size 245) and it felt too small, my toes were touching the boot and it bent a little, and also there was pressure. I was thinking maybe I should go with size 250? or maybe 255? Thank you !!!

HI and welcome! Have you worn Edea before? Because if you are experiencing what you are, then Edea is not for you, you also appear to have a foot that is too wide for Edea. You also aren't able to accurately fit yourself, you need someone (a fitter) that can do it for you.

You can let us know where you are in this world and we can suggest a proper figure skate fitter.

I live in Depok, Indonesia... I don't really know if there's even a fitter nearby. I only know some small shops where they sell some skates with very few models in stock and most of them have to be pre-ordered. If you have any info of any fitters nearby please do let me know! :)

Closest fitter of a boot brand that would work for what I am seeing of your foot would be a Risport fitter and there is one in Singapore and one in Malaysia. That is the closest to you.

And Asian based brand that might work for you and be easier for you to get would be Golden Horse.
