M&T will have no administrative problems in going go the Olys. Kawaguchi better think about what country she is from.

Z&Z imo, have been wooden-like since day one. I've always preferred P&T till this year. I haven't seen any of this event yet so maybe Z&Z look better this year.

S&S , imo have skated Pairs by the book and with gusto. They should win it but as I said I haven't seen the event yet, and there is always the dreaded LP to screw one team up.

I don't like acrobatic Pairs. Where has B&S style gone? Give me D&D any day. I find myself enjoying Skate Dance more if they would just ban shoot the duck.

Well, you should have seen that WebTV coverage, those glares at each other, those angry looks, body language saying "You *****, get out of my way" Especially from M/T. Maria is looking really fierce and determined to tear Yuka apart.

sounds like a pairs version of the yagudin and plushenko rivalry.

I hope you will find Z/Z less "wooden" this year, especially in the SP, the girl can actually use her arm a little bit now

P/T IMO is the best in the artistry department among current teams, their problem is technical consistancy, nail the jumps and make get the levels.

I do like the way D/D carry themselves, a pretty graceful pair. But I really like to see them get more technically competitive. It is a bit irritating for me to see "top" pairs doing double twist, no matter how well it is executed it's still a double, let alone a double with hardly any height. Also I'd like to see more in-betweens.

Sad to see that Aliona fell. IMO, Savchenko and Szolkowy are the class of the field in pairs skating in terms of choreography, skating skills and performance. I don't get the Zhangs AT ALL. People say TT and Mukhortova are expresionless, but Dan Zhang is even more so. She's totally wooden.
