Combo spin - good speed
lift - very good - nice changes of position
SBS Salchows - 3 turn on the landing from him
3 twist - small collision
Spiral - ok
spins - mostly good unison
Throw 3 loop - bad fall
death spiral - ok

Both aggressive and nervous at the same time, if that makes any sense?

Does the program music keep going in and out on anyone else's feed? It's really starting to annoy me.

Unfortunate fall for Keauna; other than that I thought it was very good. They still go into first nonetheless. For their other elements, I think it's well deserved.

SBS 3 Toes - He doubles?
Throw 3 Flip - BIG!
S Twist - good
SBS spins - faaaar away, some minor unison problems
Lift - ok
Spirals - good
combo spin - good

Aggressive and fun, but not as well skated as Nebelhorn. I would give the edge to M&T.

And the judges agree!

Yeah I only heard maybe 30 seconds of S/S's music. I did appreciate their innovation though, but I can't say what I think of the program without the music. It's rather annoying.

Icenetwork better fix this bug or not even Johnny Weir is enough of an incentive to make me stay up late and lose more sleep.

Edit: Whoa M/T are in first! Good for them!
Hope S/S, M/B, and M/T are all clean in the LP- S/S have an especially lovely program.

I'm having the same problem with the feed. I had to turn my sound off completely because it was irritating me so much.

Not impressed with icenetwork so far...

SBS 3T - he doubled, a bit far apart
Throw 3Lz - nice and high, great landing
Split 3 Tw -
SBS spins - VERY far apart, but not bad
Overhead lift - interesting entrance as she was on his lap before being lifted

I hate S/S SP. I'm not sure that I can ever sit through that again. Good job by both M/T and M/B. D/B had a pretty good skate as well.
All in all, not a bad competition, but it could have been better.

SBS 3 Toes - He doubles as usual
2 Twist - ok
Throw 3 Axel -SPLAT. She had no chance.
SBS spins - Perfect unison!

Everything else was ok. The in betweens maybe seemed a bit better?
I agree with you that their in betweens were better. It really was a nice program and I hope that they do better in the long.

Didn't like S/S. They did absolutely nothing with the music at all - you could have had Carmen playing and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Yes, they are exciting, but they still need to skate to the music!

That said, I think the judges got it right.

But wow, I love Aliona's hair - softens her features. And she looks so much better when she's human coloured... yay for not being a pumpkin this year!

I'm on Ice Network too, I cannot wait to hear what the German's music sounds like! It was too bizarre watching them skate and having no idea what music was playing.

Well, I guess this is a good lesson for Aliona and Robin to learn.
But they'll be back tomorrow, I'm sure.

Yeah, not impressed with IceNetwork so far...I'm this close to purchasing the Russian feed. It's so much more reliable.

M/T were the best tonight, from what I saw. They were the only team to go totally clean. They've improved so much; Vassiliev has done wonders for them.

Love S/S and liked the program from what I saw, but they have to make some changes - i.e. less separation, better spins and more consistency with the jumps, particularly him.
